Nolan Crouse (born November 24, 1953) is the current mayor of St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. Crouse's professional background includes managerial positions with a number of different companies, including Procter and Gamble, Alberta Energy Company, West Fraser Timber Co., Slave Lake Pulp Corporation, and Sunchild Forest Products (which he owned).〔(Vote Nolan Crouse for Mayor )〕 He has received a Master's of Business Administration from Cape Breton University.〔(Lakeland College - NEWS at Lloydminster, Sherwood Park, Vermilion )〕 He is also a longtime hockey coach, including stints as coach of the Alberta Junior Hockey League's Fort Saskatchewan Traders and Brooks Bandits,〔http://www.stalbertgazette.com/news/2005/1221/top2.htm〕 as well as the St. Albert Merchants of Edmonton's Capital Junior Hockey League. He first ran for office in 2004, when he was elected to St. Albert City Council as one of six councillors from a field of twenty candidates.
